Cons
Very poor leadership/strategic planning overall at the highest levels. Company can't decide what it wants to be and is trying to do many things at once. Feels like a startup at times with people juggling many things and working a lot of extra hours in certain departments. The company also likes to do some hiring and firing, as a result of improper sales infrastructure in place to keep people on payroll. If you don't bring in consistent revenue and show strong results they have no problem letting you go and replacing you with someone else. Culture differs depending on which office you work out of greatly as they have 10+ offices all around the world in different time zones. CEO is quiet rude, harsh and doesn't particularly respect or care for your opinion and is an expert on everything and always knows what's best. Very biased towards people as well, especially when it comes to promotions. It's a dangerous mentality to have as a leader for a company that wants to expand. It's very cut and dry with decisions on projects and your opinion doesn't matter. He likes to micro manage every aspect of your job as well. Company has a high turnover rate. It's like a factory at times with poor growth planning and execution resulting in massive lay-offs every other season. The company has no CRM system, but has over 100 employees. The CEO is the CRM system. You often don't know who is responsible for what or what projects are in the pipeline or currently being worked on. Very poor communication in the company between offices and people working in different offices on various projects. The company needs more project mangers and stronger planning and business development infrastructure to support its continuous efforts to grow to keep their staff from being fired.
