Unfortunately, DFO reminded me of being in high school, expect far more stressful because your job and career is always on the line if you don't make friends with the "cool kids". Zero growth, management cares about nothing but themselves. I've never worked in a more politically toxic environment, nor have I ever felt more disposable to management.
