Pros
There are none it’s a depressing place. Good for you if you manage to meet nice people but you can tell how inhumane and irresponsible they are top down from restructuring exercise that was on the news in 2018.
Cons
- Management and staff supporting them are mean and ignorant of the struggles of rank and file employees. - Group bullying of a disliked team member is tolerated, even by HR - Management gaslights employees into thinking professionalism means to shut up and do it their way - promotion is based on favouritism. I get that there is no way up if your relationship is not good with your boss, but it is observed that only the favourites get promoted - pay is way below market rate. Entry level employees are expected to perform like those st top tier companies but still getting SGD 2000-3000 range salaries despite global inflation
