Excellent Company - Customer Service Representative DFW Security Employee Review

Can't make everyone happy, but the company does care about its customers and employees and tries to do right by everyone.

In a quest for constant improvement, procedures can change quite often.

Decent pay. Some nice people to work with.

Shady company. Poor business practices. Let go about half of the company's employees. They have attempted to falsify documents so that unemployment benefits don't go to those who deserve it after they are let go. Owners ran off all the good managers. Forced employee to work holiday. Facing sexual harassment accusations in more than one department. Fake 5 star reviews because HR is pressured by ownership to lie to create a better online image. Company lost a huge part of its customer base and started making up reasons for firing people instead of letting them go due to work load slowing tremendously. Will hire new leaders instead of promote from within. Refer to Arab customer basewith disgusting casual workplace racism. Women with no industry experience, who met owners while working as waitresses, are given clerical positions and promotions and treated better than everyone else.
