Unprofessional environment overall, the President uses Business Analysts to perform his personal errands (for example moving furniture in his private apartment, going to buy gifts at the mall for his relatives etc.) - despite having a personal assistant. Sexism in the workplace was also a major complaint of female colleagues, the women were often asked to serve guests coffee or clean up after the president hosted feasts for his guests. Do not expect work life balance at this company, you will be expected to work weekends and late evenings regularly. A lot of nepotism in hiring, as a result unqualified people often end up in roles leaving the others to pick up the slack.
