Pros
This was my first company, and I will always be grateful to the organization for the opportunity given to me. It contributed significantly to shaping my understanding of how the professional world actually works, enabling me to grow both technically and personally. The work culture is fairly flexible, and seniors generally trust you with responsibilities rather than micromanaging. As a fresher, I sometimes wished for more structured guidance and mentoring, but my teammates were approachable and willing to help whenever I reached out.
Cons
Feedback could be communicated directly and clearly by team lead to their reportee even if they are associates rather than through others. The communication between teams can sometimes lack clarity. Client requirements are not always clearly defined, which can lead to rushed timelines and last-minute changes.
