      Pros

      Benefits, ability to earn busy season bonuses, PTO, flexible hours, matching retirement. Being a regional firm that has grown with acquisitions gives it the benefits of having small to medium individual offices with a larger footprint and increased capabilities. More snacks than just pizza. Good use of technology and capabilities to stay agile.

      Cons

      Public Accounting is what you make of it. No real minuses.

      Pros

      A great company with a vision for the future. Management is very growth-centric. Team members are friendly and approachable. DGPerry offers a lot of flexibility and great perks like Flex Fridays, generous PTO, a "dress for your day" policy, and free snacks/drinks. The firm is also very community minded and attends/sponsors a variety of community events. The company values feedback from bi-annual performance reviews as well as annual upward reviews.

      Cons

      Seasonal busyness varies based on IRS deadlines.

      Pros

      Bodine Perry is a great place to work that I would recommend to anyone. - Everyone is so supportive of one another. - Firm leaders have everyone's best interest at heart and want to see and help everyone grow in their roles and succeed. - The firm is definitely focused on continued growth, which provides so many opportunities for all employees. - They offer a ton of flexibility and generous time off. - I enjoy going to work every day - the people and the environment make all the difference.
