Cons
Team Leads are a joke. They don’t help when needed and just want you to make numbers so they can get their incentive. Management is also nowhere to be found when needed and I did not feel that I could express problems that I was having at work because it would usually be ignored. Training is horrible. OEP is the bread and butter if you’re working ACA but outside of that the money isn’t worth it unless you’re consistently hitting 10 or more of the day. Was told to lie and trick clients Work environment could be hostile at times and again management would do nothing. Will fire you with no warning after OEP season if you are not hitting numbers, will make you feel like you still have a job and out of nowhere you’re fired with no plan B.
