Office atmosphere is always awful as team leaders are fowl Little or no leadership, all managership and team leaders rip each other behind there backs to staff No leadership from the front, management hide behind there computers and try get out of taking escalation calls No feedback from team leaders other than negative Sell your soul to abusive customers who even though have accounts with us speak to staff like dirt not how b2b should be Customers can talk to staff however they want so ZERO respect Team leaders have favourites everyone else gets snubbed out and put on phones 24/7
