Although we cannot go into details here, because we lack information of your situations and your site, we would like to encourage you to reach out to you HR department and give them all the constructive criticism and feedback you have. We are certain our colleagues there will have an open ear for you and help you with your challenges.
We continue to deliver around one million parcels more every working day in comparison to 2019/2020 Only in Germany, this is only possible thanks to your effort and committment. This should be correctly rewarded and recognized, which we attempt to do regularly and this is why your mention of the great benefits we offer makes us see that we are on a good track. However, without exception all breaks and time-off should be respected according to law and internal policy. We are sure that your local team will be happy to clarify what's the expectation on these topics.
