A major benefit of four-day and four- days off is the increase in productivity. It also reduces business expenses and less carbon footprint. We are happy that this change is positive for you.
The stress of a abusive boss can trigger a fight-or-flight response. And neither leads to anything positive.
We as a company do not support this way of managing. We expect our managers to serve as role models for employees across the Group, not only motivating them but also demonstrating how their work helps the company achieve its goals. By signing our Code of Conduct, our managers also agree to live the values embodied in the Code and to guide their employees in doing so.
