      - Working outside - No boss/manager around most of the time

      Cons

      - Pressure to cram always more work (publicity, small packages etc.) in the same route without overtime - Not easy to get overtime paid, specially relevant when learning new routes - Very physical work, heavy bags and time constraint - Work in bad weather (pouring rain, freezing temperatures, etc.)
