Overtime always available during summer periods Base pay good

Cons

- Over worked - Understaffed during busy periods - Allocators gives light jobs to their favourite people always. - Useless management - Will give disciplinary action over small things and will always be escalated to second stage even if you have a valid point - Equipment provided to do our job not up to standard - Always feel rushed doing jobs - High turnover of staff - A lot of brown nosed employees - Work early days, evenings and nights. No sleep pattern as every day you start at different times. Expect to have no life outside of work.
