Pros

Very corporate, but management is friendly, competent, hands on, helpful, and want employees to succeed. If you don't do well at DHL, it's bc you don't want to.

Cons

Long hours standing in one place. Because of security, once your shift begins you can't leave for any reason= not for breaks, or lunches, or to go to an appointment and come back.
