Pros

Nice building, cafe, co-workers, clean

Cons

Benifits to high, training not thorough, lots of nepotism, no raises, breaks took short, management and leadership do not care about employees were used to have great perks but when they grew to a larger building they took them all away, does not allow you to have days off for any reason no matter how long in advance you notify then unless you have sick time or vacation days. Front line advisors handle to many types of calls are overloaded beyond training managers straight up tell you to lie to customers and very stressful position.

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Cons

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

Cons

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
