      A good bunch of people to work with, money ok, hours worked many shifts, relaxed atmosphere, free tea and coffee

      Cons

      Unable to support new starters, tried to learn the same job off 4 different colleagues, after 11 months still had no desk of my own, if all staff attending stood or waiting for someone to leave the room. Health and safety mad.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
