Pros
Nice place to work, very international, great colleagues... The "yellow machine" is a great place to learn about the logistics industry. Salary is "ok", not a lot of benefits though.
Cons
It is an old-style company, with old systems and old management styles. A LOT of incompetent people that are not fired, just because it would be too much hassle and administratie. If you are not Dutch, the opportunities in management positions is near to null (at least in the European Finance Shared Services Centre in Maastricht.).
