Pros
• Have had lots of opportunities to learn and advance • All the Lower Management I have interacted with have gone above and beyond for their workers • Work culture is incredible • Comfort of having everything pre-established, you do the role that you are hired for • You definitely get out what you put it in, if you work hard and make the networks progression is more than possible to a point. • Many progression pathways • Extremely inclusive, Felt valued by my direct management • The Training is incredibly thorough
Cons
• Internal Hiring is a nightmare, Many broken promises and run arounds, Left myself and many others incredibly frustrated • Time off is heavily weighted, A lot of favoritism when it comes to who gets it, make sure to book it in 6-12 months in advance or fight for it • KPI’s are everything, especially no room to be sick or have outside requirements affect work, • Not mental health friendly, Lots of abuse from customers, not enough support provided, IF YOU HAVE BAD MENTAL HEALTH, BE WARY • Heavy favoritism, certain workers are untouchable, Certain workers will progress even if less qualified • Upper management has stagnated, Impossible to break into. • No transparency with workers, they try very hard to cover things up that really don’t need to be • Higher management is effectively invisible to any of the lower-level workers
