Pros
The company as a whole is great to work for. They provide tools and training that you won't receive at other places. I would work for the company again, just at a different location. Great benefits.
Cons
Management is not where it needs to be. Understand that this is corporate business and lies will be told, managers will not take accountability for their mishaps. As a supervisor you are put under so much pressure that it is often hard to do daily task. I had to train my manager on every aspect of our department as he was new to my department and was clueless. Upper level management doesn't understand the basics or the functionality of the departments they run, often compromise integrity to ensure they are secure in their position.
