Pros
It is good experience to take with you to a better company. Looks nice on your resume'. you have to "sink or swim" with no training, so DGF does help you become quite self suffeicient.
Cons
Management team, for the most part, are all Robot Overlords that have no understanding of their team members and customers. Management teams are not approachable, and do not help resolve issues. pay is very low compared to others. No advancement opportunities. Raises are very low. Management only cares about bottom line, not customer service. staff is so spread thin that work load for one = what would be expected of 3 or more staff memebers. No help in site. No bonuses. No positive reinforcement. Only work there if you need resume experience.
