      Management needs to step up. They are out of such with the people beneath them.they act like there are the untouchables.

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
