      Many trainings both locally and globally. Big company, opportunity to build a strong network. You are likely to work with global accounts.

      Cons

      The management trainee program is well designed with rotation opportunities. However, the career plan after the program is not well thought and designed.

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
