      Company offers a lot of opportunity to grow and develop in other departments.

      Cons

      Salary is not ideal and company tends to not promote from within. Management is clickish and they don't promote you if you are not in their group of favorites. Management will go out of their way to get you fired if they do not like you.

      Great internship program! Very diligent and planned out work for interns to do.

      Cons

      Not many to be honest. This was a fantastic internship, and a good starting hourly rate compared to other places.

      Good money for the amount of hours worked

      Cons

      Micro managed even though you’re not in the same state. Management is terrible and the union is no help to there employees, geared more toward employer.
