Pros
There is a decent amount of vacation time handed out and management is usually good about granting requests. The payout bonuses are nice, and if you are a universal employee that can run different kinds of equipment it seems to be easier to get better payouts.
Cons
The unfortunate experience of working here is upper management. If your going through a tough time and your production is affected for a month expect to hear rumors of being fired. When your performance numbers are great and your the leading production employee in the building expect to hear about cheating the system. There seems to be lots of favortism involved with promotions and therefore there are many people in positions of power that in fact should not have any power at all. The unfortunate downside is that these kind of things affect employee morale directly. There is no praise what so ever when an employee is doing well and the flipside is that if your not doing well you will most definetly be terminated. This is a company that seems to have the wrong people in the wrong positions and is currently heading down the path to no longer existing in the next 10 years if they continue the direction they are heading in. They have already lost many major accounts in my area and there will be more to go in the next few years.
