      Work from Home is allowed as long as you are within the country, PF starts from the 1st year of joining

      Bad working environment, no proper salary hike, less salary, a lot of internal politics, extremely bad upper management, zero work life balance

      Pros

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
