      Low salary, low chances for direct contract with the company, as well as promotion. All employees that work through working agency get the same annual performance salary increase, despite the actual performance of each person.

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
