      Cons

      Tight deadlines, unexpected delays (e.g., supplier issues, transport breakdowns) can create stress. You’re often the point person when things go wrong, so you carry a lot of responsibility

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
