Pros
You learn some of the most useful BI and data analysis tools in the market in a quick time and get plenty of opportunities to implement them. Often, you get a chance to lead a project, conduct analysis independently and deliver results to the client directly.
Cons
As mentioned by many - this is a sweatshop. The management takes advantage of the desperation of fresh non-citizen graduates. People who keep working in this firm for years are the folks who do not have much happening outside their jobs. So, the firm tends to attract a certain kind of personality. As a result, your colleagues aren't much and it gets worse because the hours are extremely long. It's a common sight for managers to yell at their employees, to be rude and to show rage at the poor intimidated employees. The benefits do not quite match the industry standard. Time offs are too little given the amount of time every employee puts in every day. There are no fun activities at work for a change. It's just straight 12 hours work everyday.
