      It's not really management consulting that they practice. Leadership does not lead. Call it dictatorship instead. They will overcharge their clients and underpay you.

      You get to work with big companies with complex problems. Most projects have a direct senior manager to help oversee engagements. Smaller company trying to be nimble.

      Cons

      Clients can be demanding with hard deadlines. Some of the reviews on here are definitely from employees let go.
