      1.worst management 2. Hr policies are just for name, not beneficial 3. No accident health care police. Even you go for office work and met with accident. No one will care you still have to work. 4. No covid safety 5. No scope of learning. 6. List is big....

      No pros in my opinion

      Cons

      They expect you to be there until 6:30 pm, working conditions are dangerous. Low pay for 50 hours of work per week. Upper management is misogynistic, rude, and cannot communicate. Leadership is emotionally immature.
