I think the trajectory of the company is really positive and the change/transformation will be a key to the future success. The leaders are very down -to-earth and welcoming. If you played in team sports at some point in your life, you will naturally know how to operate in this culture. They are very team focused and competitive. If you show commitment to the company they will quickly embrace you as one of their own.
