Management! By far the most backwards place I've ever worked. They tell you all these stories about how you can move up and what you need too do to get there. Then when the time comes....bang!!! NOTHING! I personally have done everything asked of me and when it was time for a promotion I got the shaft. Most of my co-workers agreed that I was screwed over. It seems too most of us that if you want to move up you need to be related, dating, or married too someone higher up the food chain. It's actually disgusting how people are used and treated. You are not an individual or even a human being to them. You are just a name and a warm body. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone ever again.
