easy work (hang and fold clothes) able to move up fast (hourly to salary in a year) communication between associates and corporate quick and efficient (TEAM) growing company fight to keep good employees
Cons
uniforms are dull it's retail, so you're going to have long days during the holidays too much payroll is wasted on prepping for visits from corporate, if gameplans were kept up to date and other policies were fully enforced all the time it would take less to prepare for a visit from an exec and would save the company money and allow for the payroll to be more wisely spent
