      -Interesting mix of project typologies / scales -Attentive consideration to work/life balance -Working Groups for Sustainability, Equity, Digital, & Technical Concerns -Happy Hour Friday Presentations and Activities -Mean Holiday Party -Diverse group of team members, consultants, & collaborators -Seemingly lenient time off

      Nit-picking Cons (not really 100% negatives) -Slightly evident growing pains (figuring out standards, typical processes, etc.) -Junior staff may bounce between many projects intermittently vs.

      Pros

      They let interns do creative work. I felt listened to when I interned there. The organizational structure is not hierarchical, and you get to work on many projects at the same time. Great life work balance; I rarely worked late hours. Very nice office space and close to great restaurants!

      Cons

      It's not really a downside but the firm is on the smaller side.

      Good work culture, good firm trying to make the best work they can given the constraints.

      Cons

      Over-hiring caused layoffs in 2023. One manager is a very challenging person.
