      Great office culture. One of the highly respected government office in the Philippines.

      Cons

      Only depends on the local government unit for its daily operations. Without the local government unit, municipal offices cannot run because of absence of office equipment and supplies.

      stressful, need to work more than 8 hours a day to compensate all the needed works. you'll never get to enjoy your holidays and vacations, lots of works.
