Cons
Lots of overtime with no overtime pay or time in lieu, expect to work on the weekends. Absolutely no work / life balance, managers will email late at night in response to pointless emails, just to be seen to be working late. No team building or exciting team events. Culture can be quite nasty and cliquey, lots of gossip. Not many opportunities for career progression. Lots of jaded employees which was disheartening Not much flexibility from management especially to work from home. We were told we get bonuses / dinners etc. which never happened even if we performed above our KPIs. No mental health advocacy or mental health days, not very progressive. Poor pay package.
