      Pros

      solves a problem in the industry, but very little understanding by industry of the solutions offered and how they differ from other vendors

      Cons

      no sales strategy, poor sales leadership, little to no support of the sales organization, very little selling resources (presentations, pricing support, budgeting support, materials etc) every man for himself mentality. sales leadership not trusted by the sales organization. sales organization not valued by sales managers. not an inclusive culture. very cliquey.

      DIRTT is a company full of people with passion, desire, and great knowledge and experience. I've been with DIRTT for over 15 years and every single person that works here has such a drive to help the company succeed in changing how the world builds.

      We work in the construction market, which can be volatile sometimes.
