Management seemed to be fairly caring; good training; on site food service; some good supervisors; company had very good equipment and a great product(s) to offer customers
Cons
Pay not great; policies changing fairly often (a problem with a lot of call centers), promises made about positive changes by management seemed to take forever to implement
