Pros
Decent pay, good direct report for management
Cons
When you walk into the corporate office get ready to feel like you are in the 1950's. This is the most sexist and volatile workplace I have ever experienced. The company is focused on the bottom line only, but won't adopt new ways or innovate to improve. Communication from the executive team is non-existent. Covid protocol is the worst. Retention is terrible. If you enjoy working for a bunch of old white men who like to throw temper tantrums and blame others for their incompetency then this is the place for you. Benefits are terrible as they tout "Opportunity is the greatest benefit" again the benefit of old white men. There is no paternity leave and for your anniversaries you get a clock and a silver frame.
