Pros
Lots of projects Lots of tech to support
Cons
Bad management, at every level. All projects have a $0 dollar budget, and are attempted to be rolled out with open source projects, regardless of the licensing allows for that, with no changes pushed back to the projects. Pay is 60% on average of what other companies provide. Benefits were stripped down, with $5,000 dollar deductible per person, with $13,000 deductible for a family. Promotions are often down without a pay raise, some people have gone 4 years without their promised pay raise. Over worked, most teams run 3-8 people short all the time. Out of 10 to 12. Management only cares about the wireless initiative. IPTV and Satellite services infrastructure is 12-15 years out of date, unsupported equipment such as routers and switches. Multiple cyber security breaches that are not reported upwards to the security teams or management.
