Pros
You can get a large company on your resume. You might get lucky and get a good manager.
Cons
My experience comes from DISH Network corporate Meridian office. I have experienced a vast amount of sexism while working at DISH Network. I believe the company culture is entrenched in old-school, old-fashioned viewpoints. DISH Network did layoffs at the beginning of the pandemic when they really didn't need to, and didn't address it company-wide. I would not feel secure in my job at any point in time here. The badge report (reporting any employee not arriving before 9:00am) is a juvenile and outdated tactic. It reinforces what everyone working there already knows: DISH does not trust its employees. The chairman is a perpetual micromanager. You might get lucky with a good manager in your dept., but it isn't always possible for them to shield you from leadership. I would also say that compensation is low compared to companies in the area. I got a 30% raise when I made a lateral move to a new company. No work-life balance or respect for personal life. I saw someone get wrote up for leaving early to pick their child up from school, meanwhile they were one of the highest performers in our dept.
