Pros
Great people for the most part, multiple celebrations throughout the year, the pay is generally good.
Cons
Benefits are not great (high deductibles and max out of pocket), 401k has a 5 year vesting period for the match amount, enforce "core hours" for salaried employees (have to be IN OFFICE by 9am every day and they want to see average of 42+ hours in the office). They claim to be an inclusive company but they have offices that are not very handicap friendly and require people to be in the office all the time. Not much flexibility (or it depends on your manager).
