      Collective is good but organisation can be better

      Cons

      You can be quit even if you were guaranteed to have promotion if the project will end and no one tell you till end of your contract.

      location also in central Slovakia, not only Bratislava, friendly people, state contracts

      Cons

      little bit chaos, (testing) standards different for different projects, working only for state departments
