Pros

Nice coworkers, free snacks, that’s it

Cons

Everyone is miserable there. I wish I knew before I started that everyone saw them as awful people and know that most people there want to quit. Avoid this place. They’ll try to fool you, but they’re the most unprofessional, narcissistic people to work for

Pros

DIZPOT operates in a fast growing, highly regulated industry which makes the work interesting and challenging, the company is clearly focused on operational improvement and long-term growth with leadership regularly discussing strategy, accountability, and alignment across teams. There's an emphasis on ownership and problem solving and employees who are proactive and adaptable tend to do well.

Cons

Because the company is scaling and operating in a complex industry, priorities can shift quickly. This can be challenging for people who prefer very rigid structure.

Pros

I’ve had the opportunity to grow my career significantly at DIZPOT, moving from an individual contributor role into sales leadership, and that growth path is one of the biggest positives of working here. If you’re driven, accountable, and customer-focused, there is real opportunity to take on more responsibility and expand your role. DIZPOT is a fast-paced packaging and supply chain company serving highly regulated industries, so no two days look the same. The environment rewards urgency, problem-solving, and strong customer service. The culture is built around responsiveness and partnership with customers, doing what it takes to get the job done, and that mindset is consistent across the team.

Cons

I wouldn't call them cons, I'd call them challenges... • It can be intense and demanding, especially during peak seasons • Rapid growth means processes sometimes evolve in real time • Cross-department coordination is critical, and communication discipline matters
