It's a step forward in your project management career.
Cons
On call (a lot) for which you are not compensated for. Purely KPI driving industry with little to no wiggle room to work with your clients' needs/requests. Poor salary, terrible bonus structures. You will be thrown under the before you are even made aware of problems.
