The mission is amazing. The work is important and you can feel its impact on a daily basis. I came to work genuinely excited to do my role. Depending on your role/location - decent pay for a nonprofit job Fantastic PTO benefits
Cons
German leadership (because there is no real leadership in the US because they don’t trust you) is a nightmare to work with. They don’t understand the US, its size, and different cultures across the country. They throw money at everything. Demand you to meet standards that are not realistic. Set goals without reason and expect you to figure out how you will reach them - again, even if not they’re not realistic
