Horrible place to work - Agriculture Specialist DL Seeds Employee Review

Horrible company to work for. Companies management team is abusive. They are unethical within the trade. Very toxic work environment. Very little ability to advance. Expect huge amount of micro-management with individuals who should not be managing. They underpay compared to other companies. Work life balance is non existent.
