Severe lack of consistency, and no management of workload allocation. Culture of bullying not addressed by ineffectual HR department. Salary below market rate.

Pros

- Excellent pay and benefits - Flexibility with the hybrid schedule (depending on your practice group) - Easy to build community with other assistants and paralegals

Cons

- Easy to fall into burnout due to understaffing in assistant/paralegal positions - Be prepared for an unexpectedly higher or lower workload at any point. - D.C. location is particularly strict about the hybrid expectations - A bit disorganized as a whole when it comes to onboarding and training for your particular practice group.
