Pros
The DLA Piper office is very modern and has excellent facilities. The canteen is the best canteen I have experienced at any workplace. The majority of people at the company are lovely and they do seem to invest in care and benefits for staff.
Cons
The salary that I received at the time was not competitive. Also, at the time (pre-COVID), there did seem to be a lot of emphasis on being in the office everyday and not leaving "before the boss". There was not a lot of flexibility at least on my team. This might be different now.
