      - Opportunity to work in different industries - Track record of success with fortune 500 clients - Employs only highly qualified people - Closely managed with access to senior management - Good, inclusive culture + reasonable pay and benefits - Awesome CEO!

      Cons

      - Clients are not always a good match for consultants - Little cultural diversity in management in LA office - No real contact with other consultants - No severance pay for full-time employees (or maybe just me) - Yearly pay raises and bonuses are not fair to some employees
